BOOKING POLICY, SERVICE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure I provide the highest quality service to every guest, here are a few important booking and salon policies.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation email or text 48 hours prior to their appointment. Please confirm to ensure your slot is secured.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly
Standard Services: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Color Services: Require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the required notice period will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service.

Deposits & Payment Methods
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Zelle, Venmo). Gratuities are appreciated in cash or via digital payment methods.
Service Satisfaction
Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a complimentary adjustment with the same stylist.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable. We strive to ensure satisfaction and will work with clients to address any concerns.
Returns of Retails Products
If you are unsure or have questions about allergic reactions, we recommend you see the product at the salon before buying and consulting us.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened products are non-refundable.

Health & Safety
Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.
Sanitation: Our salon follows strict sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Children & Guests
Children: For safety and comfort, children under 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service
Guests: Due to limited space and to maintain a relaxing environment, please do not bring additional guests to your appointment.
